The Beverly Hills City Employees FCU is seeking an
experienced Member Service Representative. JOB SUMMARY:
Supervise daily operations and train staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the daily operation ensuring quality
efficient service to members.

Effective supervision, training and appraising of staff.
-
Ensure operations comply with established policies,
procedures and guidelines within legal and regulatory requirements.

Supervise and assist with member service functions,
cross-selling products including loan interviews and processing.
-
Accurate and efficient processing, reconciling and
postings of all ACH, ATM Share Draft and electronic files.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Branch Operations Supervisory, Teller and Customer
Service experience.

Minimum two years of work-related experience.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Reliance a plus.
